Mark is the founding director of MBS Chartered Surveyors, bringing over 25 years of expertise in the construction and real estate industry. As a Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager, he has played a pivotal role in delivering high-profile projects across the UK and the Middle East, working with some of the industry’s leading consultancy practices.

Mark holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from South Bank University and has been actively involved with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), where he served a four-year term on the RICS Board in Qatar. His strategic insight and leadership were instrumental in shaping industry standards and best practices in the region.

A career highlight saw Mark seconded to the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, where he provided strategic consultancy on design and operational readiness across all stadiums and venues for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. His ability to navigate complex, large-scale projects while fostering strong collaborations has cemented his reputation as a trusted advisor in the field.

Mark’s expertise spans Project Management, Building Surveying, and Facilities Management Advisory Services, with a deep commitment to fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and design teams. His proactive approach ensures that every project is delivered with precision, efficiency, and excellence.

Outside of work, Mark leads an active lifestyle, balancing his professional commitments with quality time spent with his three children. A lover of the outdoors, he finds joy in paddleboarding, open-water swimming, and hiking, always seeking new adventures that fuel his passion for exploration and resilience.

Jake has an extensive experience across a wide range of residential and commercial developments ranging in value from £1m – £400m. He has successfully delivered numerous projects and core quantity surveying services for prestigious developers including U+I, Native Land, Sellar Property Group, Majid Al Futtaim and Macintyre Asset Management.

Jake worked for industry leading construction consultants including, Frank Whittle Partnership, Core Five and Faithful+Gould across the UK and Middle East.

Jake is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Jon is an experienced Business Development professional within the world of construction, in particular the North West.

 The last several years have seen him work for a construction professional services firm along with a fit out and regional contractor which has meant Jon has built up some strong and well-established relationships within both the public and private sectors.

 Working alongside the Director at MBS Chartered Surveyors, Jon is responsible for setting out and driving forward the sales strategy, with a key emphasis on generating new opportunities and forging collaborative partnerships in line with the company objectives.

Outside of work Jon is a keen mountain biker, football coach at a junior football club, all round sports fan who loves spending time with his young family.
