MBS successfully conducted a Schedule of Condition survey for 24 commercial units in Carlisle City Centre ahead of a major infrastructure improvement project. Given the tight timelines, it was essential to provide detailed photographic evidence documenting both the external and internal conditions of each unit prior to the commencement of works. This approach helps mitigate potential future claims for damage.
Despite the challenges of coordinating surveys, completing site inspections, and producing comprehensive reports within a four-week timeframe, the project was delivered successfully and on schedule.
