Moor Park, a prestigious area recognized in the register of Historic Parks and Gardens with a Grade II listing, is set for an exciting transformation. Under the leadership of Preston City Council and in partnership with the Football Association, ambitious plans are being developed to revitalise the current Sports Pavilion, which is a key component of the park’s overall enhancement initiatives. MBS were commissioned to conduct a comprehensive condition survey of the existing pavilion to identify and recommend essential measures for a complete refurbishment.
