The former JR Taylor retail space is set to be transformed into a boutique hotel, spa, and restaurant under plans by Corbenyah Properties. Designed by Blackpool-based WBD Architectural Consultants, the redevelopment of the 20,000-square-foot department store includes plans for a rooftop bar and spa which will be located in the basement of the three-story building, while the ground floor will house a restaurant. MBS has been appointed to assist the existing project delivery team in managing the main contractor.
